​The prices include the legal value added tax (10%). The local tourist tax is 3,00 EUR per day and person. Children up to and including 14 years old are exempt from the tourist tax. 

You can cancel free of charge up to 42 days before your arrival.

After that, you will be charged 70% of the total price. Up to 48 hours before arrival 95%. 100% in case of no show.

*We recommend travel cancellation insurance, which takes effect in the event of illness.

The minimum stay is 3 nights. 

You can enter your accommodation from 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment not later than 10:00 a.m.

To enable you to arrive at any time, you will receive the key code for the main door and your accommodation from us by email at least 1 day before arrival.

There is a free parking lot for each accommodation. If you arrive with more than one car, please contact us.

Additional parking spaces are available at Stötzlgasse 19 (3x, 5.00 EUR day/car) and at the public parking lot (10.00 EUR day/car).

Upon booking confirmation, we ask for a 30% deposit by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card within 10 days. The rest must be paid until arrival.

​We separate our garbage. Please pay attention to all notices in the house and on the garbage cans.  

We have several price categories.

We charge 20.00 EUR per extra bed. Children up to 3 years can sleep in their own cot free of charge.
